The story
Started to do it properly
Maximum Earthworks was started by Max Arnel after more than eight years of hands-on industry experience. The point was to run it the way he thought earthworks should be run: turn up when you say you will, quote honestly, and do the job properly the first time so nobody has to come back and fix it.
When you call, you get Max. He quotes the job, he operates the machine, and he’s the one standing on your site at the end of it. That’s the whole business, and it’s deliberate — nothing gets lost between the person who priced it and the person who digs it.

If Max says Tuesday, it’s Tuesday. If weather moves it, you get a call before you’re left waiting on a no-show.

Most residential and lifestyle-block work in the Waikato is best served by a compact machine — one that fits through a standard gateway and gets to where the job actually is, instead of the job having to come to it.
When a job needs more than that, Max brings in bigger machinery rather than stretching a small one past what it should be doing. Either way you get told up front what’s coming and what it costs, so there’s no surprise when the float turns up.
